Our premium red wine is 100% Petit Verdot. Aged for 3 years in new oak, a combination of French, Hungarian and Pa. Aromas of fresh toast, blueberry-raspberry fruit and a bold tannic background with that brown spice, typical of the Yakima Valley terroir, make this wine balanced throughout it entire range. Drinkable now & will age for 4 to 5 years. Open 2 hours before serving. 210 cases produced.
